Today, my employees and I have made a delivery order from a nearby hospital. Only 1 sandwich from a big order was wrong (missing cheese), I called the restaurant and complained, the man who answered the phone then apologised the accountability and admitted, he offered the sandwich even then delivered to another sandwich, properly made, and then rewarded with chips or a cookie. I was as amazed today by this customer service as my colleagues restored our belief in good people.
