The customer service was awesome. I don't know the young man's name that was working behind the counter, but he was really engaging customers, and was super cool about working around the limitations they were facing at that moment, as they were getting ready to close for the evening. Rather than make things awkward he simply quickly explained that they were getting ready to shut down, and offered to give me my bag of chips rather than have me take one from the shelf. It wasn't just me, he was super friendly to the other customer that came in while I was waiting. Given the current state of things in regards to the pandemic, the fact that I wasn't wearing a mask was never mentioned, brought up...
I had THE nicest person at the drive thru window! When I told her we didn't have a Jimmy John's where I lived she welcomed me in such a warm and friendly way! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.... And the food was excellent as well. Thanks, Jimmy John's!
Very fast of course, friendly, tell you exactly what you are getting. I would have given 5 stars if the bread I got was a little less hard. My children's bread was great however. They were very happy. Good job overall here, thank you.
I got 9 Italian nite club omg was so good add one made just well I got 16inch just really bomb good sandwich ate one right away saved other for later
