This is a nearby location to my home. When I pass by here to get a sandwich many times, it is either closed or not open for a period of time. Luckily, I was able to see it open this past weekend. When I arrived, the place felt deserted, ingredients all over the place like pre-cut and not touch for a while and the person working was sitting in the dining area and on the phone chatting and also did that while doing my order at the register and making it which dragged a bit of time. I was standing there for a couple minutes while no one was helping me and the sandwich maker was on a personal call. Eventually, I asked the woman if anyone was there to take my order because I had to go to work soon. The woman became irate and started ringing me up with her fingers nearly breaking the touch screen on impact.. She slammed the cup down onto the counter. She clearly resented me for interrupting her. I don't think I'm going to this location anymore. Going to try Joey C's in town on main Street instead.
Long wait, one person taking orders and making sandwiches and always out of something on the menu. Always something with this place. Either change or close up and make room for something else. Currently a waste of a great space and location.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Do NOT get delivery from this location. I was hung up on after trying to make sure that my order went to the correct location after previously having a major issue getting it delivered correctly.

Why is the Bensenville location on Irving always closed during the hours it is supposed to be open? Why isn't corporate taking action against these franchise owners who are not complying with the rules?
The restaurant should improve their Pesto salad. It's the main reason I visit, but they often don't have it available. The last time they did, it was expired by 2 days. They need to do better.
The restaurant closed at 3:45 on a Sunday. If they had stated their early closing time online, then myself and many others wouldn't have been waiting in line outside the door.
