I usually eat at Jimmy Johns in different states because I drive an 18 wheel, 90% of the time that I deliver good service, fast delivery and the right order. This time I waited an hour for my food (and there only 2.5 miles away). I have my food late and no chips I ordered. Worst experience. Joliet Chicago was the best.
I really don't feel that it really is a need to keep Jimmy John consistently tasty no surprises two thumbs up the good work colleagues....
Jimmy came through for me. I love that they have the Unwich option for my keto diet and the new Zesty Turkey Club was great!
