I placed an online delivery order(tip included) thru the Jimmy John's app. I then called the store to make sure they didn't mix up oil/vinegar with oregano, which has happened before. The manager said ok. An hour later, I called again to see if my deliverywas still coming. The same manager(Charles) whom I had spoken to an hour earlier tells me they didn't have a delivery drivertonight. I'm wondering why he didn't say this when I called earlier!!! And evidentally my sandwich was never made and this manis a LIAR! Because he then tells me I can't come pick up my order and that it came thru their system as pickup(not delivery)!!If it came thru as a pickup order, then a sandwich should have been...
This is undoubtedly the worst Jimmy John's I've ever experienced. The service here is the slowest I have encountered, regardless of how busy it is. You can always expect to wait for your food. Ordering ahead is useless; your order won't be ready when you arrive. I've placed mobile orders anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes in advance, and I get the same disappointing outcome each time. They make you walk to the counter and ask for your order. Mobile orders are already paid for in the app, so there's no need to verify whether the customer has paid or is trying to steal it. I don't expect special treatment, but there's a reason we place mobile orders in advance—some of us simply don’t have the time...
I frequently eat at Jimmy John's in various states since I drive an 18-wheeler. I usually enjoy good service, fast delivery, and accurate orders. However, this time I waited an hour for my food, despite the location being only 2.5 miles away. When my order finally arrived, it was late and missing the chips I had ordered. It was the worst experience I've had. Joliet, Chicago, was by far the best location I've visited.
This location is really disappointing! We order from Jimmy John's at my office almost every day. Sometimes the service is great, but other times it's a complete disaster, like today. I placed an order for $235, and they waited 45 minutes before delivery to tell me they were out of turkey... at 10:45 AM! Then they called again to say that they would be late. Overall, this location needs a lot of improvement.

I waited for this location to open. At 10 when they opened they said they can?t take our order because they have a ?large order? to do first and come back in 30 minutes. The assistant manager and two ?sandwich makers? verbally assaulted my husband and I sowe?d leave. If I owned this store/ franchise I?d replace the staff. They were so rude.
I tried a sub here for the first time, and I won't be coming back. The place didn't feel clean, and it just wasn't my kind of atmosphere. I paid almost $10 for just three slices of ham, which was ridiculous. The counter wasn't even cleaned before my bread was laid down. I think this location should be shut down.
The Google listing states that the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, but when I arrived at 9:02 PM, the staff indicated from inside my car that they were closed. This seems like poor business practice.
Very good food. I noticed some new staff, but the service was terrible. I enjoy hip hop music, but it's not appropriate for a family restaurant, especially with the language used.

I really don't feel that it really is a need to keep Jimmy John consistently tasty no surprises two thumbs up the good work colleagues....
The first time at JJ's was a great experience. I thought the lettuce was fresh and perfect for a second unwich the following day.
