Jimmy John's - Table reservation

I went in wearing a mask because my wife has a viral infection and although I feel fine I wore one out of respect. There was a blonde lady working who made my sandwich, who was mouth breathing all over it. When I left, she made a joke about me wearing a mask to the other employees, thinking the door was closed. Instead of confrontation I decided to just leave because again my wife isn’t feeling well. On the way home and thinking about it, I decided to just throw the sandwich out. I know help is hard to find these days but it is unbelievable and unacceptable that someone like that is working there and making comments like that. It’s taking a lot for me to not go back or make this a much bigge...

They asked if I was a rewards member and helped me remember to use my Free Sandwhich! Most JJ's don't encourage use of the rewards program. I am thrilled this location is proactive to engage regular customers.

After eating their Tom Turkey sandwich, I became sick. Food poisoning. Will never eat there again.
