I love Jimmy John’s and been to other locations as well as someone who is close to me works at one location but this location is ALWAYS inconsistent. Staff was rude when they delivered to the wrong address and blamed it on myself while it was their driver’s fault, because I used to address. Waited 2+ hours to get our food delivered and I decided to give them a second chance. But found a hair inside my sisters sandwich! Which was absolutely disgusting and I promise to not use this location in the future. Disappointing. Will use Elk Grove or Addison.
I came to this Jimmy John’s because my last experience with a Jimmy John’s wasn’t great. There was one a mile from me, but it had a 3.3 rating, so I went to this one on my lunch break. Drive through was convenient. The young lady who took my order was super nice. My order came out quickly and correct.
We stopped by for lunch and were impressed by the excellent service and the delicious food. We also picked up some day-old bread, which was fantastic for making sandwiches. Regarding vegetarian options, I really enjoyed their veggie sandwich; the bread was fresh and the ingredients were equally fresh.
Usually don't write a review for fast food restaurants. This Jimmy John's was on top of their game. Came in at 12noon on a Sunday. All four employees were busy, seems like a lot of subs for carry outs and deliveries. Was greeted promptly and my Italian sub was made quick. All was good.

I always use the drive-thru here, and every time I've visited, the service has been quick and the staff has had a positive attitude. This is my favorite sandwich shop, and it's located in a great spot. I highly recommend it!
