This Jimmy John’s is very unsanitary. It looks like the manager today was working. She didn’t have a hat on. She had regular clothes on with her string on her shirt, touching the food and then they have long wait they’re not freaky fast as they say and it doesn’t make sense that if you know, you know the volume of your store, the history, why isn’t the other side of the deli open? Additionally, I have reached out to corporate about this location and I have yet to receive a response. I placed an online order for pickup at 1:45 PM, but I'm still waiting for my food. I had to bring my baby down from the car, and now I'm just sitting here, watching walk-in customers receive their orders and leave while I wait. The service doesn't seem very fast anymore.

3rd time my order was wrong, with the exact same thing every time... I don 't know if they even double check the order at all before they prepare it or they just don 't care. Why have a No mayonnaise option if the employees can 't even understand it?

Even with a pre-order on the app (more than once), I 've gotten to the restaurant only to be told 10 more minutes . We chose JJ because they 're freaky fast, but apparently not this location. Go to the Jersey Mike 's right across the street.
I placed a delivery order but never received it. I got frustrated calling to find out if I would ever get it. I even gave a $5 tip for an 8-minute drive, which was technically outside of their delivery range.
The staff were unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be there, coming across as quite condescending. It was really disappointing.
