First time eating at a Jimmy Johns yesterday and I was not disappointed! Aeryn helped with explaining my options( I’m gluten free) and she made a delicious lettuce wrap with the perfect proportions of everything. It really was fast and fresh and she was very sweet and professional about the card swiper not working well. I also love the ice. I’m craving another turkey tom lettuce wrap now. I will be back!
I just attempted to buy lunch after waiting in line, but they couldn't provide change for a $100 bill. Seriously? During the lunch rush, they have no change available? That's ridiculous. The staff was also rude and refused to give me the corporate phone number when I asked. The manager's hands looked dirty, and there were no gloves in sight. Disgusting. I won't be returning.
User to order from here all the time but the times for delivery are getting worse and worse. Ordered at 1:58pm delivery person got to my job at 2:28 sat in the car for 6min then pulled off. I called to ask why and they claimed she sat it at the door but i watched her never get out and then many other excuses followed. Asked for a refund
I am 1 house outside of the deliver zone they delivery to the liquor store one house away and they refuse to deliver to me and they were very rude on the phone about it. It would take them longer to pull in and out of that parking lot than come to my house. I have a newborn and can’t walk there to pick it Book a table now
I ordered catering 3 boxes of 30 subs and they barely had any meat on them. Over half had no cheese. I tipped very well and was really disappointed in the product. I would never trust them to service my party again. The employee that took my order was pleasant. The results was not
I ordered online and got a call that they didn’t have a delivery driver that day. Called another day to see if they could deliver and no one answered the phone.
I ordered a sub at 4 PM on a Saturday for delivery just a mile away, and it took them 50 minutes. Not exactly "freaky fast."
