Jimmy John's - Table reservation

This place is not fast at all anymore. Nobody greets you at all. They just ask you for your order, no good afternoon or good evening or may I help you. When you get to the window, they open the window and just look at you and stick out their hand they don’t say welcome, or tell you what the cost is or anything hardly at all. Then it takes forever to get one sandwich when there’s nobody even in line. Then to wrap it up, these rude young people that they have working there never say thank you or come again, or have a good evening… Nothing. This place really has gone downhill and sucks. I never received my delivery order, got the run around from the store corporate only to be offered some coupons. Customer service is non-existent from this location.
