Dear JJ Owner @14 Mile Clawson,I come to your store 3-4x per week and always order through the JJs App (Smooth process). I went to pick up a Gargantuan Sandwich like usual and it wasn’t at the table pick up; I then ask the individual wearing 2-KN 95 masks where my order is because it stated Done in the app. Individual then told me I need to sign a piece of paper ? (Tip sheet) I said why because I paid using Apple Pay and their response was well we need you to sign this for a HIGHER tip…… you have literally lost me as a customer and these egregious tip tactics are out of control and morally shameful…..
