Ordered a sandwich through the app, works at the aldi right behind it. Waits 2 hrs asking employees if anyone has came by they say no one. Call through the app “ hey I ordered a sandwich just looking for an update” this young lady says “ oh ya the driver dropped it off at the wrong address “ okay sooo what are you gonna do.. “I’ll remake you one” that’s great you should do that, but no apology, didn’t say we will give you your money back or a free item, nothing. I couldn’t leave the building hence delivery so I had an employee pick it up, he said nobody apologized to him for me so very disappointed. Also tipped the driver too
