I wouldn't recommend ordering for pickup through the app, as they seem to make whatever they please. My sandwich was completely wrong and wrapped instead. I also ordered a brownie, but it was stale and fell apart in my hand. I was offered the chance to come back, but I declined. Food: 1
The food at Jimmy John's is fantastic, but I was disappointed to see the new toaster option on the menu, only to find out that this location doesn’t have a toaster. Such a bummer! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
