Jimmy John's - Table reservation

The experience at this restaurant was excellent. The only suggestion would be to consider adding more toppings, such as banana peppers instead of hot peppers, and using regular black pepper on sandwiches. Besides that, everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. They even clean the floors with a bleaching agent every night, moving all chairs and tables. I was shocked and impressed by their cleanliness standards. The French bread was particularly outstanding. I am being completely honest when I say that the bread was exceptional.

As a type 2 diabetic, I visited your restaurant looking for food. I had not eaten all day and could feel my blood sugar dropping. When I placed my order, I started feeling dizzy and thought I might have to leave. The staff acted promptly, offering me assistance. They allowed me to sit down, provided me with water, and even gave me a cookie to help raise my blood sugar. The young men and women working that night went above and beyond with their quick response and exceptional customer service during my time of need. They truly deserve recognition for their efforts.

we love jimmy john’s, but they get order, maybe 1 out of 10 deliveries. something is missing almost every time, and today they gave it to the wrong house.
