Normally very kind and great service/food! Today however very short with me not committed to helping me figure out where they sent my order which ended up way across university campus. Hopefully the girl was having a bad day!! Maybe instead of blaming me for the problem you could have been kind and help me figure out where my food was!!!
I love Jimmy John's in Sylvania. Always warm and friendly. Order completed quickly and efficiently! Sandwiches are super delicious!
Really cocky manager when told order was wrong. I would not go again and sub was skimpy
