ALWAYS CLOSED! Open for business on random days with random hours. Constantly has large open signs in the window but when you finally find parking and get to the door the door is locked and they are not open, contrary to their signage. This has happenedso many times to me that I am desperate enough to leave a Karen review :
This place is amazing! They supplied unbranded wrapping for over 50 sandwiches for a TV show. Tania, the catering manager, was wonderful to work with and fulfilled our requirements perfectly. I would give it a perfect score of 100% and 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend it, and the food is always fantastic!
Filing a complaint with the BBB and city counsel and I urge others to do the same if you actually want to eat here. This place either needs to shut down or get new management because it?s never open. Ridiculous!!
One word: LAZY. This location is always always closed. Employees forget things on the orders. Get new staff, this is Beverly Hills. Might as well replace this with a different chain if it?s never open anyways. Book a table now

This is the top Jimmy John's in the area—always quick and always fresh. My only complaint is that parking could be improved.
