We have never had such a negative experience as we have had at the Farmington Jimmy John’s. We have always ordered peppers on the side (for those who do not care for it or those who are allergic), and it has been no problem at all. We have been to JJ in Missouri, NY, TX, and all across the US. Never an argument. On two different dates, the JJ in Farmington has legitimately argued with us that it cannot be done despite them having condiment cups visible. I visited Jimmy John's in Farmington, Missouri, and had a disappointing experience. I stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order while five employees were on duty. One employee greeted us when we entered, but no one acknowledged us after that or informed us that they would be with us shortly. After waiting for so long, we decided to leave. This was our first time dining there, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.
I had a terrible experience watching a JJ's driver today. They sped into the Veterans Administration Medical Center and parked in a handicap spot, which was completely unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about JJ's ethics. It makes me wonder if their policy prioritizes delivering their products at any cost, even if it means disregarding important rules. Just awful!
Driver's park in V.A. Handicap parking spaces and RUN INSIDE, JUST WROOOONG! I wonder if it's standard policy....since it only blocks up the handicap people's spaces FOR A FREAKISHLY FEW MINUTES? WOW!

When we visited, there was no indoor dining available. Our large group found the outdoor seating to be quite limited. However, the food was served quickly and tasted great.
The sandwich meat portions were inadequate, and there were some issues with the delivery. It's recommended to order through the JJ app instead.
The order taker and delivery person were both friendly, and the delivery was prompt. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
