I went at 8.30 pm. The lights were turned off as soon as they show me they were completely unhappy because I took their sleeping on the couch time. This teenager really need to learn manners and work ethics.(it wil really help them in future. Do not giggle behind customers back and make fun of him(no manners at all .The management really need to look into this. Otherwise this place is going down for sure.
They ran out of bread. Lol! How do you run out of bread it's one of your main components. Management needs to step it up! Waited 20 minutes for the bread to cook. I needed some steak sandwiches so I waited. Should've received some kind of discount.
Stopped in on a Saturday night. Very friendly staff, quick service, and consistent sandwiches that were good quality like all Jimmy John’s. A good experience with pleasant people working at this store.

I ordered a sandwich, chips a cookie it took over an hour a half to be delivered to me…. Pathetic. I called the manager all he had to say was it’ll be here soon.
