I had a very disappointing experience with a server named Kayla, who falsely claimed to be the manager. When we asked if the patio heaters could be adjusted, she was quite rude and suggested that we should have brought a jacket instead. My 8-year-old son was really cold, and unfortunately, we had left his jacket at home. She was one of the most disrespectful servers I’ve ever come across. It’s unfortunate because many of the other staff members are exceptional, making Kayla's behavior all the more disheartening.
