Follow up the reply :I hope you could understand that we didn’t want to write down this review initially but the staff who were handling this incident was totally irresponsible and just let us hanging there without taking initiative to contact us. On 10th May, we found we’ve been charged twice from one order, my husband, Douglas, called the store and received the response that those extra payment would be refunded after few days. We were waiting for one week for this refund but nothing really happened. Hence,My husband contacted the store again and got the response that they will follow up this ASAP please be patient. Waiting for another week, we still haven’t seen any fund in our account in...
First time trying take away tonight and I specifically asked for no chilly in both my dishes. Just received my order with chilli mixed through and unable to enjoy it. I really wanted to give this ago as my usual Thai place is closed on Mondays. Such disappointment. More attention to details needed.
**** DELICIOUS! SO glad there’s finally a great Thai restaurant in the area. Everything is so flavoursome and fresh, how it’s meant to be! I’ve been a few times and tried a few different things and it’s been good every single time. If I had to fault ONE thing, it’s that the menu can be confusing.
