Terrible experience! I paid $36 for food that wasn't worth it at all. Don't waste your money until this restaurant learns to respect customers and their hard-earned cash. The combination fried rice was undercooked, and the chicken and beef with broccoli needed more time to cook; it arrived raw, and the chicken wings were only half-cooked. Please don’t spend your money on meals that don’t respect your budget. Always check your food, and if it's not right, file a complaint instead of just accepting it. The food was poorly prepared and not properly cooked. This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had.
I should have known it would be a terrible experience from me trying to place my order over the phone. The customer service is completely lacking. I just had the most disgusting experience here. They did not prepare my order how I asked and when I said something, the cook only added a minimal amount of sauce. As I was waiting for my food, the delivery driver came in and stood beside (inches). When I asked him to move back, instead of backing up he had a rude remark. I will never in my life return to this place. The fried I purchased also made the child I got them for sick.
I used to live in the area and stopped by this spot on several occasions. I was in the area visiting a friend and my son wanted some french fries with mambo sauce. I called in an order. OMG!! The fries were bomb, nicely fried with light salt and pepper, topped with mambo sauce. It was so good, we didn't' get a picture because we ate them so fast. However, we ate them so fast, we ended up going back getting another order. This time, we added some wings. Everything was so good. I'll definitely add this spot back to my list.
The food is good, but I believe they could expand or update the menu a bit more. Additionally, the overall appearance when you walk in is lacking; the floor tiles are dirty, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. They should also install central AC units. They generate a lot of revenue from customers, but it seems they aren't investing enough to create a successful and sustainable experience for their patrons.

Ridiculous took 2 hours for them to deliver my food.When the food arrived it was saggy,cold and nasty.I called to complained I was expecting for them to apologize at least but instead i just got an ok and the man that answer just hanged up the phone this is unacceptable and beyond disgusted of how they treat their customers.Do not buy food for here you might end up with food poison.
The food at Joe's can be hit or miss. When ordering over the phone, I've experienced long hold times, often waiting three to four minutes, which can be frustrating. If you're lucky, the sandwich you receive might be decent, but more often than not, it arrives soggy and unappetizing. Overall, it’s an okay spot—neither outstanding nor terrible.
The steak and cheese is fantastic! I've tried it once and I find myself going back every other day. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a good steak and cheese sandwich!
