Hosts we’re great, waiter was new and confused. Had a moment of miscommunication and proceeded to go back and forth with me. Manger Robin is very rude. Tried to talk to him about my concerns, got two sentences out before he’s says ok and what’s yourpoint? I don’t get it, what are you trying to say, I’m not understanding and then he began to laugh. Joe 's Crab Shack has always been great, and although it 's been 7 years since our last visit, quality is still right up there compared to our last visit. Highly recommend giving it a try if you want to indulge yourself with crab. Our server, 'Face ' wasamazing. Great guy, lots of laughs, and very attentive. He checked up on us several times after our food was brought to thetable to make sure everything was good. He made this a very memorable trip to the restaurant.
A great restaurant in terms of ambience, service and food. If you like crabs and related crustaceans, this is the place to go. Our waiter, Austin, was very helpful to explain the menu and even demonstrate the finer points of the crisp crab shells and enjoy the festival. My wife ordered Paella and they enjoyed it as well. We're coming back to this place.

Family night out. We visited in Oct 2012. Definitely a fun and interesting restaurant. The kids thought it was pretty neat. Server was friendly and attentive until it got busy and then we had to track him down. Food was really good. Sometimes with a 'kitschy ' place the food is not that great, but this was really good. I would definitely go again.
Had a great time with my family, had a Snow Crab for beginners and its delicious! so easy to crack and throw out the meat! Overall a great culinary experience, service staff were very friendly and accomodating. Kudos!
The Joe's Crab Shack is a great place, with cool features and Deco. The staff is very friendly and will give you great advice on the food. The buckets are delicious, a must try for all tourists!
What can I say? Great food. Great staff and service and very entertaining. Can't wait to go back. I hope I find more joes crab shacks nearby where I live in Seattle or Bellingham area
