The food is on the very good side of what you’d expect from a little joint like this. I gathered that the grill guy is actually a real Chef and this is one of many “cook” jobs that he has. I watched/listened to him while he worked and he definitely seemed like pouring waffle batter and flipping eggs was a little below his skill level! The waitresses were a little matter of fact but treated everyone like they were in the “friends and family” club which was very nice! You’ll be wanting to leave a good tip.
