On our way to Furstenberg, we passed through a quintessential German town, Holzminden. Right at the center of this old town is a grandeur building where this restaurant, Johannismarkt. Food is good and restaurant is beautiful. Not everyone would have this chance to visit this town; however, if you ever got this chance to stop by, don't forget to try Johannismarkt out and take a look at that beautiful old building.
the foods are simple but the deep of the preparation seems very deep - so very little/not from the dose and the quality is very good! what some would describe as uncomfortable, I think is rustic and clean.
the rooms do not seem particularly cozy, but you can eat very neatly from a manageable map, especially burger and steaks. the price-performance ratio is right.
it took a long time and the burger was the worst I had ever eaten with my 31 years(and I was extremely hungry)nie again!
