I visited the restaurant on Thursday evening and tried their Steak night special. The steaks were amazing, perfectly cooked with onions and mushrooms on a hot skillet. The pints of Guinness were the best I've had in a while. I highly recommend paying a visit to this place. I have returned for the steak multiple times and they have never disappointed. The bar area is cozy with a wood burning stove, and the pints of Guinness are excellent.
Outstanding little gem of a bar with outstanding food, fantastic starters and the filllet steak was cooked to perfection, not many in on a Wednesday put who were in were very welcoming , service from the 2 girls was excellent, lovely roaring fire too. Been in this business for 40 yrs and I don’t please easily but this little place is definitely a place that needs to be recognised 100
Love this place .. the staff are the best around. So energetic .. we travel from Slane at least once a month to have our dinner ;! And have done for over 7 years ..
