This Johnny Rockets is located inside Knotts. Unfortunately, they weren't accepting Knotts meal plan. How could they be inside Knotts and not accept the meal plan? The burgers were smallish in size, and the fries were generic (probably from out of a bag). Once seated, the wait for the food was long. Although, the wait in line to order wasn't so bad. We will most likely not eat here again. We purchased a meal plan. So in the future, we'll only eat at locations where the plan is accepted. I know the burger spot at the Camp Snoopy location accepts the meal plan, and they have burger sized burgers. Johnny Rockets was a disappointment. Oh.. the food is pricey as well.
Came during knotts scary farm with my date. Waited 25 minutes to order and then sat down. We were waiting for an hour before we noticed others who came in around the same time were talking to management. Turns out our orders never made it to the kitchen due to a technical issue. They never tried to announce it so people were aware or make it right for anybody who waited through the issue. One group near us ripped into the manager while trying to get a refund, we finally got our food after an hour and a half. It was good but it was not worth that wait.
It's a chain, but I really liked the authenticity of the decor. Considering I usually just see them at the malls, it actually felt like a 50s style diner inside with a very large seating area. On a hot day, the air conditioning really helped too! Thatsaid, the chicken tenders were more like large chicken nuggets and the cheese fries were okay(shoestring fries with mostlymelted cheese unintentionally mixed with chunks of shredded cheese).
This Johnny Rockets location inside Knott's Berry Farm was disappointing. The onion rings were overpriced, cold, and soggy when served. The milkshake took a long time to arrive; the server claimed the machine wasn’t working, yet I saw her prepare a milkshake. Many employees just stood around watching customers instead of cooking food in advance, resulting in cold meals being served.

Honestly was a horrible night, food was expensive and took 55 minutes to get out despite it not having that many people they were uber understaffed. They ended up getting my order wrong. WAY too many children screaming and the music was also too loud and blasting which absolutely did not help.
Vegas or Buena Park, either place has awful French fries. Horribly overpriced and usually cold and stale fries, burger is okay. I hate that we're here but a fam likes it. The bathroom is not good.Parking: A twenty and a five to walk plus park entrance.
Rude employees, slow service. This place could use better, more involved management. Guy at the front desk was rude and seemed like he would rather be somewhere else.The shakes are good, but if there was another place nearby. I'd go there instead.
The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about their work. I waited a long time for my food, which was also overpriced. We had to inquire about our meals just to receive them.

Waited 50 minutes for our food and they still missed 2 orders of fries. Had to wait another 10 minutes for it. Our burgers were done before our fries made it to the table.
It all started Honestly with Kathy #2242811 she has great customer service. Service was great and food was delicious. Thank you Johnny Rockets for a great service.
