I recently ordered a BLT pizza and a calzone from DoorDash. Upon taking a bite, we noticed that the bottom of the pizza was charred and burnt. We have been eating food from John 's Pizza for more than ten years, so this was concerning. I decided to go back to the store to ask them to remake the food, rather than asking for a refund. The employee I spoke to told me that this is how the pizza is made and has always been that way, and that the chef has been working at John 's Pizza for over 20 years. Rude employees with the fact that they have no consideration for the customers and the food is not served hot with the pizza being undercooked to the point that you are eating raw pizza dough and the employee I dealt with yelled at me and told me that pizza was cooked properly and it was not
The food is great and the owner is really friendly! If you come you absolutely MUST get the sweet potato fries with their house made ranch it's AMAZING. The pizza is also fantastic, and there are a lot of options to choose. Great atmosphere as well.
Just ordered pizzas for a resident event at The Mason Apartments and our residents were RAVING about how delicious it was. The delivery driver was on time and super friendly. Will definitely continue to recommend it!!
