But the salmon sashimi I had better elsewhere and I also did not really like the way they do stuff with salmon skin (they create an almost powder-like substance), I prefer it whole, as it feeels more crunchy. Os roleinhos spring são de um tamanho ideal pra rodízio, o que é um otimo differentiall e esee shimeji hummm , sem falar nos sushis, sashimis, o gyoza e tudo mais. O environment quite agradável com um atendimento nota 10!
