Amazing staff members! I had my order taken by a small cute girl with glasses with a long name on her name tag. I told her it was my first time, and she asked me about my allergies first to be safe, then she suggested different types of foods on the menu. I had a great experience with this place especially when the cashier I had was very friendly and understanding that I am not familiar with their menu. Although the other crew were not as friendly like her, I still felt welcomed and I enjoyed the food. I hope to see this cashier again the next time I come around.
The spicy fried chicken is very good. Terrible service. The cashier asked us what sides we want and we asked her what sides there are, and then she rolled her eyes at me. None of the employees look like they want to be there. They don't want to talk to you, and if you say excuse me at best they stand there with an impatient look on their face. This is not a problem with specific employees, it must be a problem with the management.
Despite waiting 15 minutes to pick up my online order when I came home, I found that they packaged the order incorrectly. there were only 5 pieces of hung in my 6 pieces of ice cream order. chickens are crispy and the mango-peas are good. but the mistake they made in packaging my order made me with a bad impression with the quality control procedure of jollibee.

Awesome fast food and service even in comparison to most North America franchises. The service from staff is really professional and the food not that bad. The ube and mango pie are awesome deserts and different from what’s already out. The spaghetti and chicken are all awesome combos.
I ordered yum burger. the dressing used is just the regular mayo. I ordered a child's meal as they packed it is so disgusting. no kist and the gravur was placed in a regular styro beaker. do not serve the article if they do not have the supply. in so disappointed?
I really enjoyed the fried chicken and spaghetti with gravy on the side for the chicken. Nice combo with the pineapple juice. the line wasn't long at all when I went, good customer service and the dine in area had nice music at the time. overall great experience.
