We went last week to Scarborough on a Thursday around 11AM and there was only a short line-up.. We were able to order within 30 minutes and Jollibee did not disappoint.. Chicken was super crispylicious! Palabok (my favorite) tasted just like back home.. The pineapple juice was phenomenal! Awesome customer service! Place was a bit small! Wish they would make it bigger! Really hope the Mississauga one would open up soon as promised! Suggesting they do deliveries as we have so many delivery companies like doordash, skipthedishes! Would make a lot of profit for the companya and would make a lot of Filipinos happy!
We were there yesterday lunch and the line up was past the door but the service was fast (probably half an hour from the line to getting our food). We also got lucky that we got seats (there were 12 of us). We came back for dinner and to buy our to go and they said that the wait time for chicken was 1 hour and more for buckets. We were worried about timing coz we're driving back to SK but we waited. The wait time only took half an hour as well. We left happy, full and lots of chicken buckets and peach mango pie for the family. Thank you for the friendly smiles. You are all doing great. Much love from Calgary.

I have been to the only Jollibee we have in the country a total of three times and despite the fact that it gets packed daily, I really enjoy the food there especially the fried chicken! Sure the food is pricey but it's totally worth it! I'm not sure what the Jollibees are like in the Philippines so I can't really say much. Oh and instead of going to C4 on Friday, I decided to go to Jolibeecon instead! ROFL
I can say lining up for 7 hours in cold temperature was worth it. Still jollibee is number one in Filipino heart. We are very patient waiting for our turn just to grab our favourite jollibee food, it’s truly yummylicious . Seven years bago uli ntikman ang jollibee food. Kaya nman sinulit ang limit order nila. Place is good, pleasant people, food is good but sometimes their chicken is undercooked.Parking is a challenge ; which also means that the place is popular, especially to Filipinos.Kid-friendliness: Jollibee by the entrance is always fun for kids Meals that are kids friendly
I think the recipe for the spicy has changed and the new recipe was causing major discomfort at my digestive system... Although the chicken is frying very well juicy and tender as always, I will have to stop ordering the spicy ones as Im really suffering from

They didn't have any spicy chicken or rice?! I don't normally post negative type reviews. I only do it now hoping that the problem will be fixed. This happens often at this location. Staff is friendly.
Northgate location has better parking. The staff were friendly. Food was pretty good too. Kids loved it too
