I had heard great things about the delicious roast dinners at The Jolly Fisherman, so my family and I decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! The minted lamb shank was incredibly tender and literally melted in our mouths. Each of us tried a different cooked meat and agreed that this was the best Sunday carvery we have had in a while. Despite the busy environment, the staff remained calm, polite, and very courteous throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning in the future!
This place is a Diamond , this is not the first time we have visited and definitely will not be the last. Sunday carvery cannot be beaten for quality and service, absolutely stunning as always. They must have a tremendous Butcher as the meat is top notch every time. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would
The landlady and staff at this restaurant were incredibly helpful in getting us our fish and chips. The beer was excellent too. We will definitely be returning in the future.
One of the best roast dinners ever. You can tell it's all fresh, cooked beautifully. Meat was tender. Will Definitely be driving down again for another.
