Ordered the special from them, the medium pizza with three toppings and 20 wings, I asked for mild sauce on my wings and there was absolutely no way that is mild sauce on the wings, I can handle medium sauce and it's way too hot, I get mild because my mom can't have spicy food whatso ever. The wings weren't even sauced, it seems like the sauce was just dumped on top of them, half of the wings were half sauced with a pool of sauce at the bottom of the container which I drained out so me and my mom could TRY and eat the half sauced wings... Business traveler from the states and this was my first time trying Canadian pizza. I prefer thin crust NY style pizza. Tonight I ordered a small plain pizza and 10 wings with medium heat. This was a take out order. The order was simple but prepared exactly as ordered and was ready on time. The restaurant was empty and it was 6:30 PM on a Tuesday night. Pizza was good and well seasoned but a little thicker than my taste preference. It was larger than expected but I ate the whole pie. Wings were on the smaller side and while the sauce didn 't evenly coat the wings, they were tasty and I too ate them all. Good food. I 'd return.
My Wife and I stopped in to place a take-out order. We had been here before and found today 's experience not quite as welcoming as previously. No welcome , on entry, and a front end clerk that did not offer any specials or suggest ordering a special with added items to save on the cost. The pizza was definitely loaded with a generous amount of toppings and the flavour was very good. We enjoyed the pizza, and will go back, but at almost $29.00 for a pizza, our visits may be a bit further apart. Time for a little employee training on dealing with the public.
I am skeptical about some of the other reviews. Their food is at best average and nothing special, certainly not as good as some of the other pizza places in Milton. My bigger issue and reason for such a negative review has to do with their scam memberships. They send people knocking door to door selling Jopapa memberships . Basically making it sound like a great deal to come eat here for free (of course it is not actually free). Their people are actually quite rude if you do not wish to buy a membership. I usually order from this place with my family, to be honest the pizza is meh ok but expensive for what it is, Portabellos is way better. Anyways, ordering dinner, they have a driver who is making deliveries, but they won't deliver because nobody else is ordering it around me so I don't qualify for delivery tonight. I live less than 9 minutes away, dumbest thing I have ever heard.
Placed my order over the phone the gentleman was hard to understand and in a rush I didn't even get to finish my order. The restaurant is not clean. All the tables were dirty and so was the floor not to mention the cooking area. The food is nothing to brag about.
A busy place (Saturday)with four young men working. The guy on the cash who advised us of choices was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was a terrific pizza.
