Had lunch around peak time (1pm) on Friday, there was one group ahead of us, so we only had to wait about 3 minutes. I had a gyro, and it was a bit different from the others I've had. I liked their particular take on it, specifically the flavorful olives. Everyone loved their food, including the steak that was very well cooked, a burger, the chicken strips and shrimp, and the western burger. Not my favorite ranch dressing, but the fries were good enough I didn't need it. The staff were very nice and very responsive. I'll definitely make my way back here.
It was pretty good. My wife's entree, a salmon sandwich, was quite tasty. I ordered Jo's chicken macaroni and cheese. It was okay, but it wasn't what I hoped. I prefer traditional mac and cheese with a sharp cheddar and baked in the oven. The chicken was good. This was made with a somewhat bland cheese sauce. It wasn't awful, but it didn't have as much flavour as I would have liked. 20 November 2023: I ordered steak, and she ordered rainbow trout. My steak was rare just how I like it and the onion rings were superb. She was equally happy with her trout.
This was my first visit here and I was very pleased. It's a basic no frills place but the burgers were great. They were quite busy but we were not rushed. Very friendly staff and I will make an effort to go back when I am in the area.

I have only had the takeout and that was so good. The veggie burger is Ahhhhmazing. I am addicted now. The service is friendly. I haven’t been inside to sit down and thats why I didn’t give 5 stars.
We've returned to Joe's, and it's improved since our last visit years ago. The ambiance is quite worn, which can be a bit off-putting, but the place is clean, and the servers are attentive.
