I understand that everyone can have a bad day and mistakes happen—that’s human. However, when a business shows they don’t care about you or your event and just wants to take your money, it’s important to warn others.

We were warmly welcomed by a friendly host right from the start, setting a great tone for our visit. We were seated in under three minutes, and our waiter Cesar was both knowledgeable and approachable. He offered excellent recommendations for drinks and food, all of which were a hit with our group. The La Malinche cocktail was refreshing, with a balanced sourness and a subtle spicy kick. The mocktails were perfectly sweet and refreshing. The salsas served with the chips were delicious, and we finished them quickly.

We went for dinner on a Saturday, about 9:00PM. The place was packed, high energy, good music, pleasant ambiance. Our server, Eric, was super knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. The cocktails were good and strong. I especially liked the Guava Mule. The food was hit and miss. Our cold apps came out as they should, we especially liked the coconut ceviche and the elote. The main plates came out less than hot. The short rib enchiladas were surprisingly bland. Overall a decent experience, I would give it another shot.
The food looked gorgeous but was often under seasoned. Everything was very good but for us it did not live up to the hype. Saying that, we will come back for a second chance! Maybe an odd night cause I believe looking at the food that it should be top notch. Service was great. The atmosphere was a little clubby for us (dance/techno music) but although loud it was never an impediment to conversation. The decor was beautiful. Would highly recommend for a 1st/2nd date night.

Jose Dallas is an exceptional Mexican restaurant featuring a chic and modern ambiance. The complimentary valet parking is very convenient. Thanks to our reservation, we were seated right away. We enjoyed the Baja and shrimp tacos, both flavorful and generously sized. For drinks, we sampled the Witch Doctor and VT's Chichi Rodriguez, and they were both incredibly delicious! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing restaurant. I have been a huge fan of Anastasia ever since she helped with a private dinner in my home that was spectacular. The carnitas are my fave and it’s a great spot for large gatherings, fun brunches and events. My kids love it and the staff is always wonderful. Highly recommend!
Had 3pm reservations on a Saturday afternoon. Valet was quick and there was a table available upon arrival. Our server was prompt with introducing himself and supplying chips and salsa. Cocktails, appetizers, and entrees were at the table in a timely manner. Positive experience throughout.Food: 4/5

that was my second time at jose. it was as delicious as ever. from the appetizer to dessert every bit skrumptious. our waiter cesar was also fantastic.
