I love this place. I go here almost every trip to try out the great selection of cheeses! You can also ask them to put the cheese Sous Vide in which they will vacuum seal the cheeses, which is great for travel of if...you won't put it in the fridge for awhile. The selection changes and it's important to be there with an open mind and to ask which cheese is ready to eat or is perfect for now. However, if they have it the month Comte is one of my favorites of all times! Love it! They generally have one person who speaks English too! Well, so far anyway!
Friendly owner who takes the time to answer questions about the many varieties of cheese on offer. Tried about nine different cheeses from the shop and all were quite amazing, I wish I could have packed them and taken them home! Gorgeous restoration on an...old building by the way, be sure to look up at the intricate art deco ceiling restoration, if you can take your eyes off the cheese!
This is a great little fromagerie, run by a married couple. A lot of variety. They don't know a lot of English, but are happy to work with you. With our little French and their little English, we still ended up with some great choices.

Very good advice, thyme sheep cheese, is a real delight, the absolutely tasty ashy goat pear, I also enjoyed fresh white cheese. I highly recommend this cheese factory, true masters Fromagers, very professional.
