Went in with a friend on a Saturday evening, he ordered 2 banana boats and 1 sundae. The young woman who took the order was new she had to keep asking another employee what to do, the store was really busy, finally another employee took over and said the 1st banana boat was not made right he made 1 banana boat and the sundae, my friend was getting upset, the employee that made the 2 items offered to give him the 1st banana boat for free my friend declined, my friend was charged over $30 for 1 banana boat and 1 sundae.
