The food at this restaurant is outstanding, and I've been a loyal patron for more than 20 years. However, there's an employee named Jazmin who is consistently rude. Her attitude is disappointing, and she often treats customers poorly, particularly those who speak Spanish. It's as if she believes she owns the place. I'm seriously thinking about not returning because of her lack of customer service and unpleasant demeanor. With such an attitude and subpar service, she should not be at the counter!
Although it can be a bit pricey, we absolutely enjoy coming here. I believe this used to be a Juan Polo, but it has had a different name for many years now. The taste remains excellent, and the staff is very friendly. I appreciate that we can order large meals even at the last minute; they are incredibly accommodating. I would definitely return and recommend this place to others.
I ordered four whole chickens along with rice and beans. The chicken was fantastic, but the rice was a bit dry and lacked flavor. The whole beans were acceptable, though nothing special. I was torn between rating it 3 or 4 stars, but the chicken definitely earned a 4-star rating.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The food is always made to order, served hot, and incredibly delicious. The restaurant is also kept very clean. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as follows: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

The food was excellent. I ordered a chicken bowl that was generously portioned, and the burrito was quite large as well. Prices are a bit higher in Whittier compared to San Bernardino, but overall, it was a great experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3.

This restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food. Every item on the menu is a treat. The service is dependable, though parking can be tricky on weekends, so it's advisable to go during off-peak times.
