First and foremost, I want to emphasize that the location of a restaurant matters. Out of the 26 ice cream shops I considered, I chose this one because the person working there was really attractive. Despite my initial excitement, I ended up waiting for almost an hour. The person serving me didn't wash her hands or change her gloves, and she touched everything in sight without taking any precautions to maintain cleanliness. The fruits tasted off, likely because she used the same glove to wipe down surfaces and cut the fruits, all while her gloves remained dirty and unsanitary. She also had long nails, which were unappetizing to see while she was cutting fruit. I couldn't help but worry about...

Excellent service and wonderful attitudes, followed by some great smoothies. The employees saw I was in a wheelchair and opened the door for me because they saw I wanted to come in. Hopefully the manager rewards them for that ? Would gladly stop by again to try something else on the menu, I picked up the lava one along with the mango madness smoothie.

The restaurant lacks attention to detail and the service was subpar, with staff not knowledgeable about the basics. I would not recommend this place.

The men working today were awesome: super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I am definitely getting a PB cold brew mocha again!
