Unfortunately, negative customer service experiences tend to stick with you. For instance, I still remember how Yard House spilled water on my father without offering an apology, and the incident when someone associated with Sweet Waffle Boba was disrespectful.
That said, I wouldn't recommend Juice Press for a cup of ice cream or a cold drink, as it seems to be an inconvenience for them. When I ordered an ice cream drink this afternoon, the staff member wasn't pleased, and things only got more uncomfortable when I requested a cup of ice to help with my original order. Unlike many juice shops that tend to come off as pretentious with extravagant claims and indifferent staff, this location stands out positively! We encountered a remarkably kind employee who showed genuine care and thoughtfully explained various options to accommodate dietary restrictions. She was fantastic—friendly, easygoing, and truly set a high bar for customer service! It's impressive that they are vegan-friendly, offering a wide range of juices, smoothies, and even coffee. The plant-based, raw desserts are delightful as well. I do wish they had more quick lunch options, but overall, it was an excellent experience!
I just had one of the most greatest experiences at the Juice Press in Chestnut Hill. I am still amazed and never mind employee of the year, I vote Michael as Human of year. I walked into the store and ordered a smoothie and when asked I told Michael toadd the best protein you have because I am visiting my mom in a nursing home. Michael said to wait one second and handed me abag filled with soup for my mom. I couldn?t have thanked him enough. A super human with kindness that the world needs more of.

Overpriced and not fresh! When I asked one of the baristas if everything is made fresh they explained that most of their ingredients are powdered including their raspberries which is marketed as fresh fruit. The almond milk is powdered, too. I paid15 dollars for powder and frozen banana. I?ll stick to a smaller local juice bar where ingredients are actually made fresh.Wanted to buy some juice as well but it sss expired by 3 days!. I live in southern Massachusetts, but I?ve now made it a point to stop at Juice Press in Chestnut Hill whenever I am in the area because of the quality of product I receive there. I was introduced to them through the Too Good To Go app. I purchase a grabbag of random products from their store and I have been very pleased and surprised by the quantity and quality of goods that Ireceive. The staff has been very kind and helpful. I will continue to support them!
The cacao and chia overnight oats at Juice Press are incredible! The menu offers delightful bowls, smoothies, and juices. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean.
