This is by far the worst service I've encountered inside a gym. The inventory is consistently low, and sometimes there's nothing available at all. For the past three weeks, they haven't restocked salads, dressings, juices, or even ingredients for the most popular shakes. The staff never seems to have any answers. I'm honestly surprised Equinox has allowed this situation to continue for so long. It's extremely unprofessional. Absolutely terrible!
Juice Press Equinox is only open from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. It remained closed for the entire duration of the pandemic. With such limited hours and extended closures, it’s hard to see the purpose of keeping this location open.
