Never write reviews but just had to do it this time. I’m never going back. It’s been years since I’ve gone to Juicy burger. I ordered my burger online, you would think they were in no rush to make it since they said my food will be ready in 30 mins and the place was empty. Now I know why. Burger was flavorless. They didn’t add Ortega and Guacamole in my burger when I had requested it. They charged me for it. If they didn’t have Ortega and guacamole they should have just told me when I went to go pick up my food and at least given me a refund or a $5 gift card.
