Located right next to Savignyplatz S-bahn stop, this French brasserie is the place to go if you want to eat well in a nice atmosphere and setting. The à la carte menu is mouth watering with todays special attractive as well. We had the best ever Curry wurst and Schnitzel and a very fruity dessert. Actually, it was so good we went back the next evening! Couscous, bouillabaisse, fresh and crispy salad with honey baked goat cheese and spring artichokes salad with lemon, again so good and delicious. Service is prompt and efficient, the staff is welcoming and polite. Prices are really reasonable for such a delicious food (and wine)!

The name suggested a clear theme for internal design, but nothing related to Jules Verne, just a hint a French atmosphere. Food is not necessarily pretentious, however tasty and with some surprisingly pleasant savories …. and not very expensive. Service was OK, not brilliant, but OK. However we were a rather large group that made reservation came together so ... blunders understandable. Wine selection considerable and the waiter could knowingly advice in selection.

First night in Berlin, based on reviews, we found Jules Verne close to our hotel. It proved a good find which we would recommend to anyone staying in the Charlottenburg district of the city. The food was simple but well presented and plentiful. Considering how busy the restaurant was we were afforded attentive, informative and very friendly service throughout our meal.

The food was nice. Some classical dishes on the menu. Inside is nice, outside is not so nice. I thought it was a bit expensive though. Everything was OK of course. People were very nice and attentive, but it would not become my first choice in the area.
