I will say that the consultation was somewhat confusing (my mother and I had to ask some clarifying questions, and it didn't seem like there was an organized itinerary so-to-speak, for bridal advice), but overall I was happy with the experience. On the day of the wedding, the flowers delivered by the florist to decorate the cake were not exactly what Kelsey and I had discussed / presented.
