Sometimes it's a little things that make a big deal and this is one of those times.Got a recommendation from the hotel staff that this was one of the better places in town to get some island soul food. The food is outstanding, and I'm consistently impressed with the service and flavors. There's a strong commitment to quality. I can always count on delicious Caribbean cuisine when I visit. True to its name, you'll get nothing but good food here. The prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is always vibrant. I absolutely love the mother-daughter duo running the place; it's wonderful to see family working together. A big shout out to the chef behind the scenes—keep up the great work! I'm raising my kids on this fantastic food.
The smell of mildew hit me in the face when I walked into the dank and dark place, had to ring a bell to get service, but it still took a while, and the woman greeting/serving me was not only NOT happy to see me, she appeared highly annoyed to have customers. I only wanted a side order of plantains, and they would've gotten one star if not for them being pretty good.
The customer service here is awful and unwelcoming! Many businesses fail to recognize how crucial good customer service is, as it directly impacts their revenue. I would give zero stars if I could, but I had to select one in order to leave this review. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Food is amazing so clean cooked. It's always a W never a miss. I get the oxtail meal almost Everytime. I definitely love the red bean soup as well.
