edit: just matcha now offers vegan oats-based matcha soft simulation! this place is one of my favorite places in victoria. it is a cozy, bright business with fairy light and cute decorations. there is a series of drinks options to choose (stright up matcha, matcha lattes, etc. and the best is that they not only offer vegan milk alternatives, but they seem to recommend them (or at least, they have enjoyed me a vegan brownie with my matcha, the first time I visited, and they also offer chocolates and other vegan sweets. We had the maple matcha latte with soy milk it was perfect, not too sweet, subtle flavour. Would love to go again and try some of the more adventurous matcha beverages.

Unfortunately they were from the Matcha Soft station when I left, but their Matcha drinks are always so well done and the owners are super friendly and helpful.
