A nice addition in the little village of Biot, very yummy burgers, all vegan, organic and home made. The french fries and desserts are also delicious. Une belle découverte au pied du village de Biot, des burgers gourmands, vegan, bio et faits maison. Les frites fraiches et les desserts sont aussi délicieux.
the food truck is on Tuesday and Thursday in the lower biot (in autumn 2017). the menu changes every week and everything is made to home. the burger of the week is brilliant and the house made french french french too.
I was very pleasantly surprised to see this food truck parked near the main entrance of amadeus. the burger I tried was very good and I'm going back there today.
