the experience in a 2-star restaurant should be holistic, with touch points that make taste, vision, fragrant, smile; with the guests leaving with knowing that they were privy to something that was unique, creatiw and exceptional; and something to be thrilled with other bona fidds. on the back of the many glowing reviews, and on our week-long asace trace of gastronomic discovery, sad jy’s was anything but service: the dame sommelier was cured and cold rather backwards than she was released to find that I had only glistening water, after a glass cremant. the staff has not made it clear that my headdress would be served with the second round of my man's inscription lobster court. weinglasses w...
an excellent experience. we loved the interior design, the quality of the products used, the contemporary and innovative presentation of the different courses, perfect for the eye and well-explained wein pairings. we hope that JY’S can continue to work on their concept and storytelling, as this could make guests a true difference in understanding and grasping the different flavor and texture combinations used, as they fit into the overall concept. sometimes a rim and a boldness with respect to the taste, a little more spaghal, without staying on the safe side at any time, can make the difference to a third star. I wish the team all the best to continue its journey.
we enjoyed an excellent diner on an undisputed Michelin level at a very fair price! some dishes of our menu were really excellent, and with the desserts this high level is more than well maintained! wein and service were at the same high level. So...we will come back as often as possible and as soon as possible discover and enjoy this fantastic “Cchisine”
