It was our first visit since the move to the new premises. Our expectations are based on Stephan Jamm's own claim and the prices they call. And the combination of both places the latte accordingly high. No question, one moves at the highest level. This concerns the selection of ingredients, effort and creativity. The latter strikes our limits when, for example, the soup is only poured into a plate that is too large for the amount of it on the shelf. Apart from a short aha experience, this otherwise leads to a noticeable cooling of the soup. Sometimes the individual components also act somewhat unharmonically/self-willingly in composition and preparation. Unfortunately, the degree of ripening...
Hello. My whole family were there for dinner after the Würzburg tour. The house-own salmon I had was a dream. After that, as a dessert, I had Limon cello ice cream. We were super satisfied, total large portions and can highly recommend the restaurant. We are coming back!!!
Not exactly cheap, but above average well prepared food, served by very friendly and expert staff (where do you find this today?
