I dined at this establishment on Saturday April 27,2024 for dinner.The staff was terrible and the food was worse than that.To start, the silverware was smeared with stains from the previous user.The host twisted our arms into eating in the dining room because it was a 25 minute wait. For lunch, we both enjoyed Bi Bim Bop, a dish consisting of chicken or beef mixed with steamed rice, vegetables (such as carrot, squash, etc.), egg, and Korean BBQ sauce, all served in a hot cast iron pot. A fun, family place that serves delicious food. While the restaurant is rather spacious, seating for the Hibachi style cooking can be rather tight. You may end up sitting elbow to elbow with strangers. (Literally) If that is an issue, they have dining room seating where you can still order the Hibachi menu. The rooms are wheelchair accessible but once again the Hibachi area is close. The staff is great! There is plenty of Free Parking but pick your time wisely because it fills up quickly. I went out with a group of seven for my sister's birthday, and it felt like we were rushed the entire time. The waitress served our salads and soups, and when the chef came out to cook, there was no flair or interaction— it was the most lackluster hibachi experience I've ever had. While I was still eating my salad, the waitress took my plate away before I was finished. When I politely told her I wasn't done, she simply looked at me and ignored my request! The food was mediocre, portion sizes were disappointing, and both the waitress and chef left much to be desired. Save your money and choose another restaurant.

I went to this restaurant with a group of 12 to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. The food was decent, but the service was terrible! It wasn't the fun experience we had hoped for—there was no special birthday treatment, despite our requests, and we weren't offered any dessert. We had a reservation for 7, and they seated us right on time, which was the only positive aspect. However, they had us out the door by 7:55, making it impossible to enjoy our meals; we felt rushed the entire time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
The shrimp at this restaurant are not deveined, which is gross and unappetizing. The workers appear to be unhappy and disinterested in their jobs. When I politely asked for water, the server responded rudely and without a smile, making me feel unwelcome.
