The food is always amazing however. I wish the restaurant would allow parties of 2 or 4 to order more privately. Everyone does not like to sit with strangers during a meal you never know what you gonna get the crying children or the obnoxious guest. It's so overwhelming for those who just want to enjoy a meal. They should create a menu to order from the back
The best sushi chef in Richmond! Kazuki is consistently creative and always understands exactly what I'm in the mood for. This restaurant is the finest authentic Japanese dining spot in the Richmond area. The steak is fantastic, but the sushi is even better. It's always a wonderful dinner experience.
Showed up about 30 minutes after opening. Had a party of 4 and when we went in none of the staff even talked to us. We waited about 10 minutes with no one seeing what we needed so we left. Place didn't seem overly clean or very busy so not sure what the issue was. We will not be going back.
We had to wait an entire hour! Before our we ordered our food when we called in for a reservation. There was glass on the ground by the seats!! Some of the silverware wasn’t even fully clean! There waiters have no care for the customer what do ever! Book a table now
Absolutely delicious and a great atmosphere. We will definitely return. Our server was one of the friendliest and most helpful I've had in a long time. Their soup was incredible.
You're literally can't go wrong with the food here. I come here every year at least once or twice for an excellent meal and good show.
