Sunday evening, 6:55 p.m., wonderful weather! 5 tables occupied, 3 of them with 2 people each, but 3 people from the service staff chatting intensively behind the counter, zero reaction to these disruptive guests... Impossible!! A request for food (stupid idea somehow... was shot down with: “The kitchen has been closed for half an hour.” If we have disturbed you, we apologize again!! However, it has already happened to us twice there in this form!! It's a shame that ONE star has to be given! From there we drove to the “Berggarten Gotha”. Everything was good, ate and met colleagues there, had a lovely evening!! It's a shame for objects like the racetrack restaurant if they end up in the wrong...
I was able to celebrate with my family and many friends in Kästner's inn in the summer. The uniqueness of the racecourse area from the times of the Duchy was only surpassed by the unique hospitality and the warm and friendly care of the Kästner team.
